Fun Stuff for Kids and Adults

Included in your camping fee: swimming pond with cool inflatable toys for olders kids and adults, safe swim zone, waterfall with wading pool, multiple playgrounds, indoor playground, beach volley ball, indoor shuffle board, animal petting zoo, hiking and biking trails, planned free family-oriented activities on the weekends during the summer months.

Other Fun Stuff available for 1/2 hour fee, hourly fee, or daily, weekend, summer season, winter season, or annual pass: jumping pillow, space ball trampoline, bikes, trikes, pedal carts, row boat, paddle boats, fishing pond with poles, mini-golf! Rates: 1/2 hour $3, hour $5, daily $10, weekend $25, summer $80, winter $40, annual $100.

Fish Fee: $.75 per inch, no catch and release. Free cleaning service available, inquire at store.

All campers and visitors must sign liability waiver at check-in.  Daily visitors are not charged to be here, but must sign in at office/camp store and sign liability waiver. Daily visitors are welcome between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.; overnight guests $5 per person.

Shoes must be worn around campground for safety, however, no shoes allowed on jumping pillow or indoor playground.

Please take all trash with you and dispose of properly in appropriate garbage/recycling container. Respect nature and the property: do not litter. Never place glass or sharp objects in your campfire rings.

VOLUNTARY RELEASE, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & ACCEPTANCE OF RISKS BY PARTICIPANTS

In order to participate in the activities at ANNIE’S CAMPGROUND, I agree to hold harmless the Campground and any officials, property owners, employees, other campers, advertisers and promoters. I waive any right to make claims or lawsuits against them. I acknowledge that the activities in which I am or my child is about to participate are not essential services provided by ANNIE’S CAMPGROUND.

I understand and acknowledge that there are certain risks involved with the activities in which I or my child are about to voluntarily participate. I understand that these risks, known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, may result in injury, death, illness, disease, or damage to myself, my child, others, or property. I voluntarily agree and promise to accept and assume all responsibility for injuries, death, illness, disease or damage to myself, my child, other persons, or property that arise from participation in these activities.

My or my child’s participation in these activities is voluntary and no one is forcing us to participate, in spite of the risks. I understand the effect of the waiver and acceptance of risk on my legal rights.

My signature indicates that I have read the above rules and this entire document, understand it completely, acknowledge that it cannot be modified or changed in any way by oral representations, and agree to be bound by its terms. This agreement shall be binding on behalf of my heirs, my assigns, my personal representatives, my estate or myself.

All participants must sign release of liability waiver prior to the utilization of any of the "fun stuff.
